QUALITY FAMILY TIME (AND SPACE) is another painting from my STRANGE HAPPENINGS & RARE FINDINGS series that is currently exhibiting at @ironwoodcider. FUN FACT: this painting was inspired by a carpet advertisement from the 1950s. For more fun facts and to see this family portrait up close, come to the opening reception on Sunday July 3rd from 2pm-4pm! ✨🪐
My newest painting, RELICS is one of the pieces currently on display at @ironwoodcider as part of my STRANGE HAPPENINGS & RARE FINDINGS series! You can catch this exhibit until the end of July but if you want to chat with me about the art, come find me at the opening reception on Sunday July 3rd from 2pm-4pm!
I know the question that’s weighing on everyone’s mind. You’re probably laying awake at night thinking to yourself, “what’s up with Emily these days? Where can I find those beautifully strange paintings of hers?” Well wonder no more! I’m pleased as punch to announce that my series STRANGE HAPPENINGS & RARE FINDINGS will be exhibiting at @ironwoodcider from June 20th - July 4th. That’s right, you can enjoy a refreshing glass of locally crafted cider AND enjoy my paintings the way they were meant to be seen- up close and in person. Stay tuned to see what other paintings will be on display. 😉
RELICS
Hey kids! I have some very exciting news I’d like to share with you on this beautifully rainy day… my painting, “FISH ASCENDING A STAIRCASE” will be featured on @collectivebrew’s new cans of Stranger Than Fiction! I am so stoked to be one of the artists included in their 23rd series. They have some truly exceptional artworks on their labels so I’m pretty happy to have one of my paintings featured with them!
Happy to announce that my newest collage, “LOOK HOW FAR WE’VE COME” will be on display at @niagaraartistscentre for their Climate Crisis exhibit! This piece will be for sale with 25% of proceeds going to Land Care Niagara. The show opens on June 4th and is on until June 24th so please go check it out if you get a chance. For a closer look at this collage, hit the link in my bio. 😉🌿
